We are still waiting on one more package to arrive for Swap B, but Swap A is all packaged up and ready to hit the post office.
I have created a Flickr group for everyone who has swapped 4" cut I-Spy Squares. I hope it will be a place where you can get ideas for how to use your squares, and to SHOW OFF what you've made. Please join!
Here are the final swap fabrics for Group A:
from Beth -- LOVING those cookies and race cars!
from Cheryl -- bikes & scooters! And crayons!!

ReplyDeleteI am in swap B so I have to ask - Beth, where did you get that fabric with the umbrella on it? I need a picture that starts with 'U'
Can't wait to see what swap B has in store!
Little kids playing I-Spy with these quilts... "I spy a... (pointing to cassette tapes) what is that?!" Kids these days...
ReplyDeleteSoo cute....the fish from the first picture are is the same print that my mom used to make a hawaiian shirt for my big guy :)
ReplyDeleteSo... I know I am late for this swap... but when is your next I-Spy swap? I SO want to get in on this! Very creative idea!
ReplyDeleteLove these my favorite has too be those green martians! I am still looking for a few more fabrics then I will be ready to sew along too;0)
ReplyDeleteOh please of please tell me there will be a swap C so I can participate. :)
ReplyDeleteI wish I was a member of this swap, such cute fabrics! You're right, it's totally addicting. CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!!!! We're at the same place with our swap-- I mailed out Swap A fabrics this past week but am waiting for one set of fabrics, and working with another participant whose fabric got lost in the mail. But I've divided all of the fabric so once we get these two issues out of the way, we're good to go!! Thanks again for helping me out with my swap, I'm so giddy to get busy!
ReplyDeleteI want to join...is it too late? I always miss out on all the fun..that's what my kids would say right now. Hehehe! I want to make an I spy quilt for both my girls but need to collect different squares as you guys are doing!

Show Swap B already! Can't wait!!!! : )
ReplyDeleteI just got mine out of the mail!! It was so much fun seeing them all, and my girls loved telling me what each one was. Now I can't wait to figure out what to make with it all.
ReplyDeleteI am on pins and needles waiting to see swap B! I swear I check at least 5 times a day (on average)
ReplyDeleteI just got my box out of the mailbox and immediately sat down to sort through them. They are all amazing and I think what impressed me the most was that there were NO duplicates!! And only 2 or 3 were duplicates from another swap I did recently, which means I have just less than 400 COMPLETELY different I-spy blocks to use.....hmmm...(fingers templed with a contemplative grin on face)...what...shall I do with them all!1!1!! Too many ideas!!
ReplyDeleteHi Care. Thanks for the heads up on the kitty swap. I'll definitely check it out.
ReplyDelete(And sorry for the lack of easy contact. I'm in the process of moving to a new site so things are getting a bit wonky at the current one. Also, I had a template malfunction and the fix is only a partial one, but I haven't bothered to mess with it because of the impending relocation.)
I can't wait to get in on one of these swaps! I'm going to start collecting fabric. Who knew there was so much food fabric. It'd make a great theme swap!
