This is not exactly sewing or craft related, I know, but creatively fulfilling nonetheless!
With my garden growing practically out of control -- tomato plants 6 ft tall, corn plants slightly taller, more peas than we can handle, and canteloupe/watermelon/pumpkin vines taking over the world -- it reminded me of a project I did with my boys last summer.

We took as many different veggies from our garden as we could, then filled in with a few from the crisper drawer in the fridge, and created all sorts of veggie/fruit faces. It was especially fun to see what Buzz came up with. (Mr. S. was a bit young for it at that point.) We are going to be doing it again this year for sure!
