from Jessica -- LOOOOVE the cassette tapes and cursive letters!
from Sue -- CUTE grumpy owls and a pirate dog!
from Fawn -- I love those sharks and houses!
from Kim -- those hills with tiny campers driving on them! and the construction signs!
from Lynn -- those shoes are the BEST -- and I love that sweet little fox!
I am still waiting on TONS of packages -- there are so many fantastic fabrics already! :o)
Is it strange that I get a little excited when I see a fabric I have in my own stash? I have some of the shark fabric you pointed out, for a little-boy-quilt project I'm working on! :D
ReplyDeleteI am new to your site. How does one get involved with a swap? I am almost finished the disappearing nine patch I spy. It is great fun, and your directions are wonderful! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOMG. Memory lane. That zebra and rainbow fabric was used by a dear friend to make me a blanket over 12 years ago. It was the one you could fold into a pocket and make a pillow. It was stained with food and blood from a bloody nose I remember. I think I still have it in my memory box.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet it is to see that!
Hey Care ... I'm getting out quilt group at Church to make up an "I Spy" quilt for our market next week ... Lots of fabrics gathered by the Playgroup families ... Kind of "Best Offer" Auction ... I'll show you when its done ... just don't have time to do it myself ... per usual your swap is full & looks great ... Blessings
