What a wonderful group of fabrics. Personal question---when you are buying fabrics for an I Spy quilt, how much should you buy?

I hope fussy cutting is a good thing! I felt bad that there aren't any independent fabric retailers in the area anymore and I didn't have time to order any new fabrics. I apologize for the repeats. I'm super excited to do my first I-Spy quilt.
