I made these lovely ladies a few years back for my uncle in New York. He is a creative genius, and we often share fun little "whatevers" back and forth. He dubbed these ladies the Pinettes, and they reside in his office.
I made them from wooden clothespins from the dollar store, and added pom-pom hairstyles and silk ribbon dresses. I had everything on hand -- my favorite kind of project!

They are definitely a doo-wop group, much like The Supremes. If only they had arms so they could synchronize their dance moves!!
