School Lunch -- help!!

Hi, all! Hope everyone had a fantastic Halloween!

I need a little help -- My son takes lunch to school every day, and he is TIRED of sandwiches. I am having trouble coming up with something to send that:

a) is not a sandwich
b) doesn't have to be reheated
c) has nutritional value

I am at a loss! Can anyone give me some suggestions??
